We are in no way, nor is our “I ♥ RECOIL” design in any way, affiliated with Recoil Magazine or any other entity in any way shape or form.


What are my payment options ?

Currently we accept only PayPal. If you do not have a paypal account, you can still use paypal to pay with your CC/Debit card without signing up. When checking out you will be directed to a PayPal login page. You can login to pay normally or click the small blue “Continue” text link to pay using a CC/Debit without a paypal account.

Charges will appear on your CC/Bank statement as: ZSPOT.COM


What are your shipping rates ?

Shipping rates are based on current real time USPS charges, and are automatically calculated by the shopping cart upon checkout. At that time you may choose your preferred method. For orders choosing USPS Priority, or USPS Express, a tracking number will be provided via PayPal once the order has been marked as shipped.


Do you charge sales tax ?

Sales tax is charged at the rate of 8.25% only for purchases made within california.


Do you store or share any of my information ?

All information is processed via PayPal, therefore we do not store (nor share) any personal, or payment information. We only require you to enter your name, address and email to validate your purchase with PayPal. (we want to make sure you’re a real person ordering)


When will my items be shipped ?

We will ship all items within within 3 business days after receiving your order. In most cases we ship same day.


Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing ?

If you are interested in purchasing in bulk (40pc. minimum), please contact us to discuss pricing options.


Do you accept returns ?

If you are for any reason unsatisfied with your item, please send it back within 14 days of receiving it, and we will refund your money minus shipping. Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be applied to your account. Please note that refunds are not instantaneous. Allow 2-8 business days for a refund to be processed. The length of this wait period will depend on your bank or credit card company.


What if my shipment arrives damaged ?

If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible so that we may replace it. (return of the damaged/defective item may be required)


What is your holiday shipping schedule ?

Our office will be closed on the following dates. During this time we will not be shipping any orders. We apologize for any inconvenience.
